Noticing the Work of Others

Take five minutes today to think of someone in your life who is working hard in secret, going through a transition, or simply doing their best without asking for applause. Send them a text message or a quick note explicitly calling out a specific strength you admire in them. Expect nothing in return—just leave them with a quiet reminder that they are seen.
